Motivation
I’m always looking for meaning, both in work and after-work activities. Whenever I face a problem, I tend to ask: how could I contribute to the solution? The Create Lithuania program is a great space to test this attitude – to bring my experience into the public sector and see what can actually be accomplished across two six-month projects.
