Darbo santykių modernizavimas

Problem

Jau kuris laikas yra viešai diskutuojama, jog darbo teisė yra smarkiai atitrūkusi nuo realybės. Itin griežtas darbo laiko reglamentavimas arba apribojimai atleisti darbuotojus buvo parengti siekiant apsaugoti darbuotoją, tačiau šiandien šios nuostatos atsisuka prieš jį patį. Tai išryškėjo prasidėjus finansinei krizei, kurios metu tik mažoji dalis darbo sutarčių buvo nutrauktos darbdavio iniciatyva ir darbuotojams išmokant išeitines kompensacijas.

Norėdamas bent šiek tiek sumažinti darbo teisės atotrūkį nuo realybės, šios rotacijos metu ieškau galimybių modernizuoti darbo santykius bei sumažinti darbo teisės reguliavimo kuriamą administracinę naštą verslui.

Strengthening civil resilience: investigation of Lithuanian food supply chain dependencies and solutions

The goal of the project is to conduct a systematic investigation of critical food products and raw material import dependencies, which would establish the true import dependency according to the SAM V-641 list, assess supply source vulnerability (EU vs. non-EU countries), and propose technological, circular economy, and green technology solutions to reduce dependencies.
